On October 22, Russian forces captured the village of Novosadove in the Donetsk region, located on the border between Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

According to Wikipedia, as of 2018, there were no permanent residents in Novosadove. This village had already been under occupation during the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, but on October 24, 2022, it was liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Additionally, Russian troops advanced in the village of Kruhlyakivka in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region up to the Oskil River.
