This November, Ukrainians can look forward to humorous performances, dance shows, concerts by Ukrainian stars, and atmospheric cabaret-style evenings. The events calendar for this month is filled with exciting happenings.

On November 3, the second showing of the dance performance "One on One" will take place at the KPI Center for Culture and Arts. Following a successful premiere that received positive reviews, the team has prepared an updated version that delves even deeper into themes of choice and inner conflict. Before the performance, a charity auction will be held, with proceeds going to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The new version of the performance will introduce additional characters, and the dramatic stories on stage will become even more intense. Symbolic characters in hats, representing society, will emphasize the influence of external circumstances on personal decisions. The choreography of the performance allows each movement to convey conflicts and demonstrate how our choices can change lives.

This autumn, popular singer DOROFEEVA is embarking on a concert tour across cities in Ukraine featuring her beloved hits "Shchob ne bulo", "votsap", "Kokhayu, ale ne zovsim", "Hai pyshut", "A ya vse plakala", and others. In November, she will visit Ternopil, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Kryvyi Rih. The tour will culminate in Kyiv.
In each city, fans have a unique opportunity to purchase tickets for the charity initiative Meet & Greet. This is a chance to attend a closed soundcheck, meet the artist and her team, take photos, and get autographs. All proceeds from the sale of Meet & Greet tickets will go to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The "Chornyi Kvadrat" theater is returning to the Caribbean Club stage with new doses of positivity. This independent theater, which began its creative journey in 1991, has been delighting audiences with performances that help them relax and recharge with good vibes for over ten years.
Eight comedic productions are scheduled for November, addressing both everyday and more personal themes. Among them are: "Honey Moon", "Undress - We Will… Talk!", "Lovers Dance in Bed", "Coffee in a Hurry or Breakfast in Handcuffs", and others. All performances are in Ukrainian and take place every Wednesday and Saturday.

JAMALA will perform in six Ukrainian cities with her program "Svoi" - marking her first concert tour across Ukraine since the onset of the full-scale invasion.
After two years of actively performing abroad, sharing stories of Ukraine's struggle with the world and garnering international support, she now seeks to embrace her audience at home through song. Her concerts will feature her most famous hits such as "Shlyakh dodomu", "1944", "Kryla", as well as new compositions "Miy brate", "Liubliu", and others.
"I miss my listeners, their sincerity, and genuine emotions at concerts. I want to support, inspire, and share my energy with you," comments the singer.

Until November 17, the Dovzhenko Center's Cinema Museum will host the World Press Photo 2024 exhibition. In Kyiv, 129 award-winning photographs from around the world will be displayed, reflecting global themes of the year: wars, protests, migration, and climate crises.
Among the works is a project by Yulia Kochetova titled "War is Personal", which won in the "Open Format" category. Also featured is a report by German photographer Johanna Maria Fritz on the destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, which won in the "Stories" category. This will be the second time the World Press Photo exhibition is shown in Ukraine.

Famous stand-up comedian Felix Redka is touring Ukraine with his new program "Circus on a Wire". It addresses the challenging present, where humor becomes a way to cope with instability.
Known for "Stand-Up in a Bomb Shelter", the image of "People's Mayor" Anatoliy Pochechun, the podcast "Comic plus Historian", and notable discussions with Iryna Farion, he will share his sharp and uncompromising humor with Ukrainians. Felix will visit 23 cities and conclude the tour with a concert in the capital.

Recently, a new musical space called Bigme opened in Drohobych, promising to become a meeting place for music fans and creative initiatives. Co-founder Oleksandr Serdiuk had long promised that Palindrom and Ship Her Son would perform at the opening – and the promise has been fulfilled!
This evening will not only provide an opportunity to enjoy quality music but also support the Armed Forces, as the collected funds will be donated for military needs. The event will start at 18:30, and there are only 60 tickets available.

On November 14, the book festival "FOUNDATION: Stories About Culture" will open at the "Ukrainian House", dedicated to publications about culture. This event will gather a vast collection of non-fiction literature focused on visual and plastic arts, theater, cinema, urban studies, music, as well as publications on philosophy, humanities, and visual albums.
The festival will take place in the atrium of the "Ukrainian House", which will be transformed into a stylized art installation reminiscent of a modern library. Visitors will not enter a typical fair but rather an atmospheric space dedicated to cultural publications. The main focus of the festival is modernism as a key cultural phenomenon that has influenced the formation of Ukrainian identity, especially in the context of the ongoing war.
