During the night, explosions were heard in several regions of Ukraine where air raid alerts were declared – the country was attacked by drones.

In particular, explosions occurred overnight in Poltava, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, and Kyiv regions.

“Among the injured are men and women aged 29 to 79, including pregnant women. Most of them have been diagnosed by doctors with multiple shrapnel wounds, bruises on their bodies, and acute stress reactions,” the police clarified.

Updated at 11:21. In the Pechersk district, the body of a deceased woman was found during the rubble clearance, – reported the Kyiv City Military Administration.

“In a residential building in the Pechersk district, which was affected by the morning attack of Russian drones, a deceased woman was discovered during the rubble clearance operation. The rescue operation is ongoing,” the KMVA stated.

“Arrivals” were recorded in the capital around 07:30, reported Mayor Vitali Klitschko.

According to the city mayor, there are fires on the roof and in the apartment of the shelled house in the Pechersk district. Russians also struck non-residential buildings.

At 07:45, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about drones moving towards Kyiv from the southeast.

Following this, explosions were heard again in the capital. Soon after, rescuers were dispatched to extinguish a fire in the Svyatoshyn district.

“As a result of debris falling, windows were shattered in a residential building in the Svyatoshyn district, near garages where a fire occurred. The tramway track was also partially damaged,” Klitschko wrote.

Currently, six individuals injured in Kyiv are known. Two of them were hospitalized, while four received medical assistance on-site, including a pregnant woman, the mayor of Kyiv clarified.
