This week, during his visit to Germany, U.S. President Joe Biden will meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, French President Emmanuel Macron, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, according to CNN sources.
CNN did not specify the details of the planned meeting in Berlin. German media reported that Joe Biden's visit schedule has been "significantly shortened" compared to what was originally planned. It was claimed that on October 18, the American president is expected to meet with Olaf Scholz and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The leaders were set to hold talks from October 10-12 at Ramstein Air Base to discuss assistance to Ukraine; however, the U.S. president canceled the trip to Germany due to the approaching Hurricane "Milton."
The allies' meeting in the "Ramstein" format at the leader level was to include Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who was to present the latest version of the "Victory Plan." Following the cancellation of Biden's visit, the meeting has been postponed indefinitely.
