"Feeling hungover": A man on the run sent the police his own photo, which ultimately led to his arrest.

The man was outraged by the photograph that the police were using to search for him, and he provided what he believed to be a better photo of himself, after which he was apprehended by law enforcement. This is reported by the Daily Star.

43-year-old George Whittaker was wanted for forging driver's licenses, and previously he had been incarcerated for stealing Viking treasures worth £3 million.

The police made a public appeal on Facebook to find Whittaker. However, upon seeing the wanted photo, the man claimed that the cops should have used a better picture since he "was hungover" after a "three-day bender."

The man created a Facebook page under the fictitious name George Dennis Blackbeard, where he posted a smiling photo of himself with a tan and cool shades, which was picked up by a local newspaper.

After a few weeks, Whittaker was captured by the police. He was arrested in Edinburgh and is currently in custody.

As a reminder, the man was traveling from Belgium to the UK when an unknown woman hit him in the eye.
