On January 1, Elena Kravets, a popular actress, star of "Quarter 95," and former coach of "League of Laughter," turned 48 years old.
In 2022, after 25 years of work, Elena left "Quarter." One of the reasons was the stress caused by a flare-up of a skin condition amidst the war. Kravets explained her decision as follows:
"I have internally stopped being about entertainment... This is the only honest decision towards the people who played an important role in my life."
Today, she does not plan to return to "Quarter 95." With the onset of the war, Elena emigrated with her children but soon returned to work and pursue her goals rather than limit herself to the role of a mother.
After leaving "Quarter," Kravets became the host of the show "Quiet Evening" on the "Dom" channel. However, the project was shut down following a scandal: over 27 million hryvnias were allocated for its production in 2023. The actress emphasized that as a host, she had no involvement in the allocation of budgetary funds.
Another scandal erupted over advertising that used quotes from military personnel, featured in a project by the Arm Women Now foundation. Servicewoman Yulia Malaya accused the brand brabrabra and Kravets of "speaking on her behalf" without permission.
Currently, Elena lives with her family in Ukraine. She is developing her own projects: hosting a podcast with her daughter Maria about parent-child relationships, inviting well-known Ukrainians such as Zhenya Halich and Masha Efrosinina.
Kravets actively supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participates in charitable initiatives, and is developing a course on vocal techniques.
