"To prevent a senseless death": The Russian Armed Forces are destroying their own equipment near Pokrovsk, according to "Ateş."

Military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces are intentionally damaging and incapacitating military equipment in the Pokrovsk direction to "avoid death." This was reported by the partisan movement "Atesh."

"Russian servicemen are disabling their equipment in the Pokrovsk direction... Daily reports indicate instances of armored vehicles being taken out of service, artillery damage, and deliberate destruction of weaponry," the statement reads.

The partisans clarified that over the past month and a half, at least 12 units of equipment have been rendered inoperable due to sabotage.

"Five infantry fighting vehicles and two T-72 tanks were damaged even before reaching combat positions. Four trucks and one armored personnel carrier became unusable after 'sudden' engine and transmission failures," noted "Atesh."

Sabotage is particularly prevalent among the servicemen of the 37th Separate Motorized Brigade and the 5th Separate Tank Brigade, who, according to "Atesh," have repeatedly been reported for refusing to follow orders and intentionally disabling equipment.

The command of the Russian Armed Forces has already initiated an investigation into these incidents.

The partisans explained that their agents played a crucial role in these acts of sabotage, having received detailed instructions on how to effectively and quickly incapacitate equipment.

"Panic among the occupiers is growing: military personnel are increasingly sabotaging orders and seeking ways to avoid a senseless death," emphasized "Atesh."

Recall that on February 12, "Atesh" reported that due to Ukraine's strikes on oil refineries, the Russian Armed Forces have been transporting less fuel to Crimea.

On February 7, partisans reported that Russian troops are redeploying air defense forces from Crimea to protect Russia.
