Kharkivoblenergo warned about power outages in the region on the morning of February 1st.
“Due to a missile attack in the Kharkiv region, emergency outages have been implemented,” wrote the press service of the energy company.
Currently, an air alert has been declared across all of Ukraine. The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are reporting missile threats. In Kharkiv, an explosion was heard around 07:40 — the city and regional authorities reported a “hit” in the Kholodnohirskiy district. A fire has broken out at the site, and there are casualties.
Additionally, there was a “hit” in the Malodanylivska community. Homes and power lines have been damaged.
