Emergency Services report that a man died in a fire at a private house in Kharkiv.

According to the data from the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region, a fire broke out in the Industrial district of Kharkiv the day before at 19:06.

“Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters determined that a living room and the roof of a house were on fire, covering a total area of 30 square meters. In the center of the fire, they found the body of a 59-year-old man. The fire was localized at 19:45, and extinguishing was completed by 21:20. The cause of the ignition is under investigation,” the State Emergency Service reported.

In total, firefighters responded to 11 fires in the Kharkiv region within 24 hours, none of which were related to enemy shelling, the emergency services clarified.
