Kadyrov has declared a blood feud against billionaire senator Suleiman Kerimov and two State Duma deputies.

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced that he will officially declare blood vengeance against the senator-milliardaire from Dagestan, Suleiman Kerimov, and two State Duma deputies who, according to him, were planning to order his assassination.

Kadyrov held a meeting with commanders and heads of the security forces in Chechnya. In his Telegram channel, he posted a 9-minute video featuring excerpts from the meeting, where he primarily speaks in Chechen.

Kadyrov mentioned Kerimov, as well as State Duma deputies from the pro-Putin "United Russia," Bekhan Barakhoev and Rizvan Kurbanov, "in the context of the incident at the Wildberries office."

During the video, Kadyrov speaks part of the text in Russian. Indeed, the surnames Kerimov and the two deputies can be heard, but at that moment, the head of Chechnya is no longer talking about Wildberries.

If they do not prove otherwise, I officially declare blood vengeance against Barakhoev, Suleiman Kerimov, and Rizvan Kurbanov. There are witnesses, there are people they ordered from, asking how much you would take to accept the order [for the assassination of Ramzan Kadyrov].

Later, Kadyrov mentioned Kerimov after recounting the shooting incident near the Wildberries office — Russia's largest marketplace.

There was a business situation. Bekhan Barakhoev was there, Suleiman Kerimov was there, Rizvan Kurbanov. They have their business, which they did not just take from their wives. They ordered me.

In a post on his Telegram channel, Kadyrov also writes that during the meeting they discussed the "incident" (the shootout that resulted in the deaths of two natives of Ingushetia — ed.) at the Wildberries company office.

There are people who are diligently giving this a national coloring and claim that the culprits of the conflict are allegedly the Kadyrovites. I appeal to everyone who is inflating this topic. If anyone has claims against the Kadyrovites, they should express them directly to me, as I am the main Kadyrovite.

To the residents of Ingushetia who accuse him of the death of two compatriots during the shootout, Kadyrov recommended declaring revenge against him.

The shooting near the Wildberries office in central Moscow occurred on the afternoon of September 18, when the husband of the marketplace founder, Tatyana Kim (Bakalchuk) — Vladislav Bakalchuk arrived there, claiming he was there for a "business meeting." Bakalchuk was accompanied by Chechen security from "Akhmat."

Wildberries stated that Vladislav Bakalchuk attempted to "illegally enter" the office, and his companions opened fire. Bakalchuk himself claims that the shooting started from the office side. As a result of the shooting, two Wildberries security guards from Ingushetia were killed.

In 2010, Ramzan Kadyrov announced the cessation of the practice of blood vengeance in the republic. A special reconciliation commission of "blood avengers" and a separate commission under the Spiritual Administration of Muslims was created for this purpose. However, in 2022, he proposed declaring revenge against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and in 2024 — against the families of terrorists involved in the shooting in Dagestan.
