In 2024, AVT Bavaria undertook several significant projects in Ukraine, many of which were executed in collaboration with the fundraising platform UNITED24. Over the course of the year, the company donated more than 150,000,000 UAH, contributing to a collective goal and providing support to the country during this crucial time.

Key Areas of Charity by AVT Bavaria in 2024

Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Strengthening Defense: Transfer of an additional 25 pickups (including 10 INEOS Grenadier pickups) to KOVA, aimed at protecting civilians and critical infrastructure. All vehicles have been equipped with necessary equipment for detecting enemy forces as part of the "Safe Sky" project.

Innovative Technologies: A contribution of 24 million hryvnias for ground robotic platforms to develop Ukrainian defense technologies, enhancing the country's defense capabilities.

Humanitarian Aid

Medical Assistance: A total of 10 million hryvnias was allocated for the restoration of the National Children's Specialized Hospital "Okhmatdet".
Support for Large Families: Transfer of vehicles for large foster families, managed by the Elena Zelenska Foundation, funded by the sale of a customized motorcycle "Unbreakable" at a charity auction. This project has provided comfortable conditions for those forced to leave their homes.
Support for the Initiative to Provide Incubators for Premature Babies.
Throughout 2024, AVT Bavaria also continued to donate 50% of profits from the online store to the public organization PARAVOLAN for the "Evacuation" direction, which helps evacuate critically ill children from combat zones and frontline areas daily.

Additionally, AVT Bavaria cares about the safety of students and supports the "Education and Science" initiative through the fundraising platform UNITED24. Thanks to their contribution, a shelter has already been equipped in the support school of the village of Tuzly (Odesa region). Furthermore, the company has contributed to the restoration of the Velykokostromska Gymnasium (Dnipropetrovsk region) and the establishment of a shelter in the school of the village of Maryanivka (Kyiv region).

Restoration of Critical Infrastructure

Restoration of the bridge over the Ingulec River in the Bashtanka district of Mykolaiv region.
Restoration of the irrigation system: A contribution of 11,530,000 hryvnias helped restore water supply to the residents of Kherson region, providing them with this vital resource.

Social Initiatives

Animal Welfare: MINI Ukraine, in collaboration with the Happy Paw foundation, continues to support shelters for homeless animals. As part of the MINI x Happy Paw initiative, the company donates 10,000 UAH from each sold MINI vehicle to assist shelters, ensuring better conditions for their inhabitants.

Thanks to this initiative:

A facility for 160 cats has been renovated at the "Ray of Good" shelter in Mykolaiv region.
Recently, insulated dog houses were provided to the Hostomel shelter, marking the second initiative by MINI at this location.

Future projects will focus on supporting new locations for animals in need of assistance. MINI remains a dedicated brand that cares not only about the automotive experience but also about the future of our country and its four-legged friends.
