Massive shelling of Kyiv: six districts of the capital were affected, resulting in injuries (photos included).

Two individuals were injured as a result of an attack by strike drones "Shahed", with fires and destruction reported in six districts of the capital. This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration (KMVA) on Telegram.

According to the head of KMVA, Serhiy Popko, the Russians carried out a massive attack on the capital, and enemy drones entered the city both individually and in groups from various directions in several waves at different altitudes, both very low and considerably high.

"The air raid alert in the city lasted for eight hours. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of air defense and other components of the defense forces, over thirty Russian drones were neutralized in the airspace over Kyiv and in the approaches to the city," the KMVA statement says.

According to the city military administration, debris from the downed drones was recorded in six districts of the capital, damaging both residential and non-residential buildings. All fires have been extinguished, and there are currently two injured individuals whose lives are not in danger.

The KMVA reported debris from enemy drones falling in six districts of the capital. Specifically, the following has been reported:

Holosiivskyi District

Damage to an apartment in a residential building has been recorded, and one person sought medical assistance. Additionally, a fire broke out in a garage cooperative and a nearby service station covering an area of 200 sq.m, which has been extinguished, with four vehicles damaged.

Pecheriskyi District

A fire occurred in a restaurant on the 33rd floor of a residential building due to falling debris, affecting an area of 50 sq.m. There is partial destruction of the structural elements on the 34th technical floor, and the fire has been extinguished.

Solomianskyi District

A warehouse covering an area of 600 sq.m caught fire at an enterprise, injuring one person. Debris was also recorded falling near a medical center, where a fire broke out covering an area of 20 sq.m, which has been extinguished. Debris also fell on a non-residential structure, with the fire extinguished and no injuries reported.

Podilskyi District

A fire in a residential building has been recorded. Details are currently being clarified.

Obolonskyi District

Reports indicate a fire on the roof of a six-story business center building covering an area of 10 sq.m. No injuries have been reported at this time.

Darnytskyi District

Debris has been reported falling in open areas and on a residential building. No fires have been recorded, and there are no injuries.

In the past 24 hours, on November 6, Russian occupiers launched 63 strike drones against Ukraine. As a result of air defense operations, 38 of them were shot down, with explosions heard in six regions and in the capital.
