Russian occupiers may launch a massive missile strike on Ukraine during New Year's Eve.

This opinion was shared by military-political analyst Alexander Kovalenko.

The expert analyzed the use of missiles by the occupiers, particularly over the past year. According to him, since November, the Russian army has been carrying out missile strikes on Ukraine approximately every one and a half to two weeks.

Kovalenko stated that the enemy has its own missile production capabilities, specifically the X-101 missiles, with current production averaging about two units per day, or around 60 per month.

In Russia, one "Kalibr" missile is produced daily (30 monthly), "Kinzhal" missiles at a rate of one to two units per week, and "Iskander" missiles at one to two per day.

The expert added that the quantity of missiles is insufficient for regular attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine. Therefore, according to Kovalenko, Russia has turned to North Korea for supplies of ballistic missiles.

"I would say this: there is currently a danger that Russian occupation forces may carry out a terror act on New Year's Eve, similar to what happened on Christmas," warned military-political analyst Alexander Kovalenko.
