Megan Fox is expecting her fourth child (photo).

The 37-year-old American actress and model Megan Fox is set to become a mother for the fourth time. The star, who is dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker), announced this on Instagram by deleting all posts from her page.

In the photo, Megan is covered in a black substance resembling paint or oil. Her hair is down, and she has makeup on her face. She is kneeling, using one hand to cover her chest while the other emphasizes her noticeably rounded belly.

The second image shows a positive pregnancy test.

"Nothing is ever lost. Welcome back," reads the caption, accompanied by angel and heart emojis.

Megan already has three children from her former husband Brian Austin Green — 10-year-old Noah, 9-year-old Bodhi, and 6-year-old Journey. Baker is the father of 15-year-old daughter Casey from his ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

This child will be the couple's first together. A year before announcing her pregnancy, Megan suffered a miscarriage. She shared this experience in her 2023 poetry book "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous." According to her, it was supposed to be a girl.

At that time, during an interview on Good Morning America, Megan stated that she had "never experienced anything like this in her life."

"It was very hard for both of us. And it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately, together and apart, trying to figure out: 'What does this mean? Why did this happen?'" she said.

Megan and MGK never discussed the loss of the pregnancy until the release of the poetry book, although the artist hinted at it during the Billboard Music Awards in May 2022, dedicating his performance to Megan and adding: "This is for our future baby."

Megan also experienced an ectopic pregnancy a few years earlier.

The announcement of Megan's pregnancy surprised her fans, as last year both the media and fans were convinced that the relationship between the singer and actress was over. They themselves gave reason for this, as Fox openly stated that she was almost single.

In July, the stars hinted at a family addition when Colson released a music video for the song "Lonely Roll." Megan appears in the video with a fake belly before it ends with her playing with a little girl.

Later, the stars denied the pregnancy rumors.

Megan and Colson began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of the film "Midnight in the Switchgrass," and then got engaged in 2022. Announcing the engagement on Instagram, Megan revealed that they "drank each other's blood" to celebrate the occasion.

But just over a year later, Megan hinted that she had split from MGK by sharing a cryptic post on Instagram before completely deleting her account. Later, they rekindled their romance.

In turn, the artist got a black tattoo on half of his body to prove his love for Fox.
