The enemy is exporting residents from the occupied Kupiansk region into Russian territory, according to Synegubov.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, shared information about the situation in the occupied part of the Kupiansk district during a national marathon broadcast.

He clarified that evacuation in the Kupiansk region is still ongoing. It is too early to say that it will soon be impossible to carry out evacuations. However, he urged local residents not to delay and to move to safer areas as quickly as possible.

“Delays have their consequences. We have information that Russians are trying to evacuate the civilian population to the territory of the Russian Federation. That is, we are receiving various reports from our military. And, of course, staying either in an area of active combat or under occupation poses a significant danger. I don’t want to say that this is a death sentence, but there are indeed quite tragic facts. We understand who is advancing into our territory, who is not, and who is trying to make progress. Therefore, evacuation is certainly the first step to preserving your life and the lives of your loved ones,” emphasized the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

He also mentioned that the situation with communications on the left bank of the Oskil River is extremely challenging.

“There is no heating supply, and there is also no electricity and water supply. This is because the enemy continuously destroys this infrastructure, and there is no possibility to restore it since the enemy, again, targets our repair teams,” explained Synegubov.
