On the night of January 3, Russia launched another attack on Kyiv using strike drones. Debris was reported to have fallen in two districts of the capital.

"As a result of the enemy attack, preliminary reports indicate debris falling in the Holosiivskyi district. All services are heading to the scene," wrote the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachенко, at 05:37.

He also added that the air raid alert is still ongoing in the city, urging residents to stay in shelters.

Minutes later, Klitschko confirmed the information about the debris falling but reported that there is no fire.

"In the Darnytskyi district, a fire broke out in a private house due to falling debris. Firefighters have extinguished the blaze, and information about any casualties is being established," wrote the head of the KMA, Tymur Tkachенко.

Klitschko stated that in the Darnytskyi and Holosiivskyi districts of Kyiv, where the UAV debris fell, there are no reported casualties.
