A fire that occurred the day before in Kharkiv was reported in the morning briefing by the regional department of the State Emergency Service in Kharkiv Oblast.

According to the rescuers, the fire broke out in the Kyiv district at 20:18.

“Two abandoned buildings were on fire, covering a total area of more than 1000 sq. m. The fire was completely extinguished by 03:50. The cause of the fire is being investigated,” the State Emergency Service clarified.

Another fire was recorded due to enemy shelling – it occurred in the Chuhuiv district. In total, over the course of a day, the State Emergency Service extinguished seven fires in the region.
