General Staff reported 13 enemy attacks in the Kharkiv region

“In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy launched five assaults on our troops' positions in the areas of the settlements of Volchansk and Staritsa. In the Kupiansk direction, there were eight attacks by the occupiers over the course of the day. The defense forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near Kucherovka, Petropavlivka, Pyschany, Zahryzovo, and Lozova,” — informed the morning report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on January 11.

Fire extinguished in Kharkiv: a woman injured

“At 10:19, a domestic fire occurred on Hryhorivskyi Avenue in the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv. Household items were burning in an apartment on the third floor of a five-story building, covering an area of 5 square meters. The fire was brought under control by 11:52. A 68-year-old woman was injured,” — reported the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv region in the morning report on January 11.

Nightly repelling of "Shahed" attacks

A prolonged air raid alert in Kharkiv and the region lasted from 20:35 on January 10 to 02:38 on January 11. It was declared due to Russian strike drones. “Shaheds” were flying in from the north and south, moving over various regions of Ukraine. At 21:06, the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine first reported that UAVs were detected over the territory of Kharkiv region.
