As reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the beginning of the day, Russian military forces have attacked 35 times in the Kupiansk direction in the areas of Dvorichna, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kolesnykivka, Lozova, and in the direction of Novoosynovo. 23 battles are ongoing.

Russian military attacked Ukraine at night with 70 "Shaheds" and various types of imitation drones, informs the command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As of 9:00, 33 "Shaheds" and drones of other types have been confirmed shot down in Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions.

“The snowfall, which meteorologists warned about the day before, turned out to be quite intense. Snow fell all night in Kharkiv region, with very heavy precipitation reported in some areas,” — states the Infrastructure Recovery and Development Service in Kharkiv region.

As of 7 AM, 1450 km of roads have been cleared in the region.

Morning reports were published by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov, the regional police department, and the State Emergency Service. According to their data:

The village of Dubovka was shelled from artillery at 11:00. A private house was damaged.

▪️On February 14, Russian troops continued offensive operations near Kupiansk but did not advance. The enemy attacked in the areas of Holubivka and Petropavlivka. A Russian source claimed that Russian troops had breached defensive lines in the area of Dvorichna and were reinforcing positions on the right bank of the Oskil River, but ISW does not confirm this statement.

▪️Additionally, according to analysts, on February 14, Russian troops did not advance in the Borova area. They attacked in the areas of Zahryzovo, Bohuslavka, and Zelenyi Hai, as well as Novoserheivka, Hrekivka, and Makeivka.
