Shelling has become even more chaotic, two injured in one day. Kanashovich on Kupiansk
Throughout the day, the enemy continued to shell Kupiansk, reported local RVA chief Andrey Kanashovich during a national marathon broadcast.
Initially, the RF Armed Forces struck the city around 12:00 – as a result of the shelling, a man was injured. Another strike on Kupiansk occurred approximately an hour later – at 13:00, Kanashovich stated.
“A man was also injured. He is currently receiving assistance. Thus, there is no information about the second man, but the first one has severe injuries with amputation,” the RVA chief clarified.
Kanashovich emphasized: despite the continuous shelling, the number of people wishing to leave the community remains unchanged – 20-30 people are evacuated daily.
“I want to say that these shellings have taken on an even more chaotic character, both yesterday and today – that is, these are not strikes on potentially important objects, so to speak, where military personnel might be located, but simply shelling of streets in areas where small shops are located. This is purely terrorist activity, just an intimidation of the population,” Kanashovich said.

Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed two tanks, 22 vehicles, and 47 Russian drones in northern Kharkiv region
“In the past 24 hours, the enemy attempted five times to break through the defenses of our defenders near Volchansk without success. The Russian occupiers launched one missile strike using one S-300 missile, five airstrikes using nine KABs, and 39 kamikaze drone strikes. They conducted 424 shellings of the positions of Ukrainian defenders. The defense forces are responding correctly to the enemy's actions and continue to effectively destroy the personnel, weapons, and military equipment of the Russian occupiers,” reported the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Over the course of the day, Ukrainian defenders eliminated 35 Russian soldiers, with another 97 wounded. Additionally, the Armed Forces destroyed two tanks, six artillery systems, 22 vehicles, 47 drones, as well as two drone control points, a munitions storage site, and a fuel and lubricants warehouse.

A pedestrian died in a traffic accident in Kharkiv
According to reports from the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, on November 19 at approximately 16:25, a 63-year-old driver of an "Opel Vectra" hit a 66-year-old pedestrian as he was crossing the road in the vicinity of an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing.
As a result of the accident, the man sustained injuries incompatible with life, police noted.
Investigators have opened a criminal case.

Five people remain hospitalized after the Russian strike on Kharkiv – Synegubov
“At 13:16 in Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, a gas station awning and one vehicle were damaged. Ten people were injured. Currently, five of the injured have been hospitalized,” — reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Synegubov in his traditional morning briefing.
On November 20 at 05:15, the RF launched a KAB in open terrain near the village of Chernoglavovka. Two more aerial bombs "arrived" near the village of Mironovka in the Zolochiv community.
The occupiers massively shelled Kupiansk the day before, Synegubov added. In particular, at 21:00, as a result of a FAB-1500 strike, at least 12 residential buildings were damaged. A series of shellings occurred in the city from 15:00 to 15:35. Two women aged 47 and 59 were injured.
At 14:30, Kupiansk was again under fire. Buildings of three enterprises were damaged. At 12:29, the city was attacked by a drone, hitting an open area, noted the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.

The enemy attacked the Kupiansk direction 11 times: General Staff data for the morning
The defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Kondrashovka, Lozovaya, Petropavlovka, Zagryzovoye, Pershotravnevoye, and Kruglyakovka. Here, the enemy actively used aviation, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their morning update as of 08:00.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted five times to breach the defenses of Ukrainian defenders near Volchansk.

Massive shellings of Kupiansk: a private house and a multi-story building were on fire
On the afternoon of November 19, the enemy launched massive shelling from multiple rocket launchers on the city of Kupiansk. As a result of the strikes, two fires broke out, reported the State Emergency Service in the Kharkiv region.
In particular, a private residential house burned with an area of 100 sq. m.
The second fire occurred in an apartment building. An apartment on the fifth floor caught fire over a total area of 120 sq. m.
“According to preliminary data, four people were injured as a result of the shelling. In total, 12 rescuers and three units of emergency service equipment were involved in eliminating the aftermath of the enemy shellings,” the firefighters added.
