Four battles occurred today in the Kharkiv direction. Ukrainian forces repelled two attacks by Russians near Volchansk, and two more battles in the Tikhoye area are ongoing, reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their update at 16:00.
Eight assaults from the occupiers were repelled near Hlushkivka, Synkivka, Zahryzovoye, Novoplatonivka, and Zelenyi Hai in the Kupiansk direction, with another battle still ongoing.
The enemy carried out an airstrike in the Lozova area.
The enemy continues to develop its success in the area of the village of Pershotravneve in the Izyum district, report analysts from the DeepState project.
“For this maneuver, the enemy has redeployed additional resources, in particular, withdrawing them from other directions, and is attempting to improve its tactical position. Simultaneously, the enemy has been recorded in the northeastern outskirts of the village of Kopanky, where they suffered losses from FPV drones operated by the SOU fighters,” the analysts wrote.
They added: it is still unknown whether the enemy has managed to secure a foothold, but the Russians managed to film a video with their tricolor flag, once again lying about the “complete” capture of the village.
“It is expected that the enemy will continue its movement from Pershotravneve towards the settlement of Kopanky to fully occupy the village, especially given their previous successes in advancing. Intense pressure, despite losses, has unfortunately always been effective for the occupiers. In the future, the Russians are likely to continue their advance towards the settlements of Novosergeevka and Chernechyna,” DeepState notes.
As reported by the OTGV "Kharkiv", over the course of the day, the enemy carried out one missile strike, seven airstrikes using 11 KABs and 12 NARs, as well as 36 strikes with kamikaze drones. The occupiers conducted 346 shellings of SOU positions.

All services, such as emergency medical assistance, the State Emergency Service units, and the National Police, are providing services to the civilian population. They are doing everything possible in frontline areas to ensure the livelihood of the population. If the enemy sees that the State Emergency Service has dispatched to eliminate the consequences of shelling, they target both the FPV drone equipment and our personnel, as well as the National Police,” said the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
On November 23, a schedule of hourly power outages will be implemented in Kharkiv region from 08:00 to 22:00, reported the Kharkivoblenergo.

Energy workers ask not to turn on multiple high-power appliances simultaneously when the power is available according to the schedule.
