At around 10:00, Russians struck Kharkiv.
Updated at 13:44. The aftermath of the strike on Kharkiv was reported by law enforcement. According to data from the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, on January 30 at approximately 10:00, the occupiers attacked, presumably with a UAV "Molniya-1", in the Kholodnohirs'kyi district.
“The impact was recorded in the area of private residential sectors. Facades were damaged and windows were shattered in four households. A 19-year-old man experienced acute stress reaction,” the prosecutor's office reported.
Investigators have initiated a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Updated at 10:55. The city mayor reported that there is one known victim as a result of the shelling. He is experiencing acute stress reaction. Meanwhile, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, informed who received medical assistance.
“The 19-year-old man sought medical help due to acute stress reaction,” he clarified.

“In the Kholodnohirs'kyi district, the glazing of a private house was damaged. No casualties,” Synegubov specified.
Updated at 10:27. City mayor Igor Terekhov reported that the strike occurred near a private house.
“Windows were shattered, and a fence was damaged. There is no information on casualties or fatalities,” the mayor wrote.
According to the mayor Igor Terekhov, the enemy targeted the city with the UAV "Molniya".
“We preliminarily have information about the UAV type 'Molniya' hitting the private sector in the Kholodnohirs'kyi district. Details are being clarified,” Terekhov noted.
