Fighting is ongoing near Lyptsy, with occupiers continuing their advance in the Kupiansk area, according to ISW.

On the morning of November 13, the Institute for the Study of War informed about the situation on the front lines in the Kharkiv and Kupiansk directions.

In northern Kharkiv Oblast, according to Russian bloggers, fighting is taking place near Liptsy. Meanwhile, the deputy commander of the Ukrainian battalion operating in the Kharkiv direction stated that the situation remains stable.

“It has been reported that Russian forces continued their offensive northwest of Kupiansk near Kondrashivka; southeast of Kupiansk near Kolesnikovka, Kruglyakovka, Zahryzovoe, and towards Lozova,” noted ISW.

Analysts have not yet observed any changes on the front line in Kupiansk.
