Oschadbank has clarified the procedure for unblocking payment cards for its clients.

According to a statement on the official Facebook page, in one of the bank's comments, a client complained that their card was blocked.

The man contacted the operator with questions about unblocking methods but was told that he needed to visit a bank branch in person. The client expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of an online solution to the problem, as he was unable to physically go to the branch.

"Why can't I withdraw my money? The card is blocked, and I can't go to the bank, nor can I unblock it online! Why can't this be done via video call, like in other banks?" — the client lamented in his appeal to the institution.

Representatives of Oschadbank explained that there are two main ways to unblock a card, depending on the reason for the blockage. The first option is to contact the call center at 0-800-210-800, where the operator can initiate a card check. The second option is to visit a bank branch in person.

As noted by the bank, if the operator indicates that unblocking requires a visit to the branch, there are no alternative methods for unblocking the card.
