The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported in the morning briefing about the shelling of Kharkiv over the past 24 hours.
According to him, at 4:43 AM on January 26, as a result of a "hit" from a "Shahed" drone in the Osnovyansky district, windows and roofs of 12 private houses were damaged. There were no casualties.
As reported by the Main Department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, this drone fell in a forested area.
“Throughout the day, the enemy struck Kharkiv with UAVs ‘Molniya’ and ‘Shahed’. The attacks targeted the Shevchenkivskyi, Kyivskyi, Holodnohirskiy, and Osnovyansky districts of the city. Three people suffered from acute stress reactions but did not require hospitalization. More than ten vehicles were damaged, along with the glazing of residential houses and windows of non-residential buildings,” said the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
As a reminder, on January 25, UAVs attacked Kharkiv starting from 2:00 PM. In the Holodnohirskiy district, there was a hit on an infrastructure facility, leading to three employees experiencing acute stress reactions and a significant fire. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a UAV crashed onto a road, damaging eight vehicles. In the Kyivskyi district, a strike was recorded on a government building. Due to the Russian attack, there were issues with electricity and water supply in Kharkiv. Around 4:00 PM, the Russian army launched its fourth strike on the city with a ‘Molniya’ type UAV, targeting a garbage container in the Shevchenkivskyi district.
