"Responded to the provocation" from a citizen: TCK discusses the altercation with a female lawyer.

The Kharkiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support commented on the conflict that occurred in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv between their staff and a female lawyer.

The Territorial Center issued a statement acknowledging the conflict and confirming that their employees were involved.

“It has been preliminarily established that the conflict was triggered by the behavior of a woman who identified herself as the lawyer of a conscript. Her aggressive conduct and attempts to provoke a conflict hindered the work of the military medical commission. To put an end to the conflict, the serviceman pushed the woman out of the service premises,” the statement from the Territorial Center noted.

Additionally, the statement emphasized that the Kharkiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support condemns the actions of the employee.

“The command of the Kharkiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support condemns the actions of the serviceman who succumbed to provocation. A service investigation has been initiated, and based on its results, appropriate organizational and disciplinary measures will be taken. The command and personnel of the regional and district Territorial Centers are also providing full assistance to law enforcement agencies conducting an investigation into all circumstances surrounding the conflict,” the Territorial Center clarified.

As a reminder, the conflict occurred on December 9 in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. A 28-year-old woman, who arrived for a meeting with a client allegedly undergoing a medical examination at the RTC, reported the incident to the police. This led to a conflict situation with a representative of the Territorial Center.

This pertains to a conflict, the video of which was published by the Telegram channel “Trukha Kharkiv.” In it, a man in camouflage clothing uses physical force against the woman to push her out the door. The post indicated that the events unfolded on January 9 in the premises of the military medical commission at the Shevchenkivskyi RTC. It was also mentioned that the video features a lawyer who wanted to meet her client, but was told that the man had already been taken away as he was “completely healthy.”
