A girl was assaulted: the police in Kharkiv are investigating a conflict involving the Territorial Defense Forces.

Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of a conflict in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv involving a female lawyer and employees of the district military enlistment office.

According to reports from the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, they received a statement from the 28-year-old woman today.

“She explained that when she arrived for a meeting with a client who was supposedly undergoing a medical examination, a conflict arose with a representative of the military enlistment office. Information about the incident has been registered at the Kharkiv District Police Department No. 3. All circumstances of the conflict are being determined,” law enforcement officials stated.

The incident in question is related to a conflict, the video of which was previously published by the Telegram channel “Trukha Kharkiv.” In the video, a man in camouflage clothing uses physical force against the woman to push her out the door. The publication indicated that the events unfolded on January 9 in the premises of the military medical commission at the Shevchenkivskyi district military enlistment office. The post also mentioned that the video shows a lawyer who wanted to meet with her client; however, she was informed that the man had already been taken away because he was “completely healthy.”

“I called the police to document the violation of the medical examination procedure by the military medical commission. In response, I was forcibly pushed out of the hospital and struck,” the Telegram channel quotes the lawyer.
