"Panic Attack": A stranger's message revealed a secret that had been hidden for six years.

A man received a message from a stranger revealing his wife's infidelity, with whom he had been married for six years and has two children. The man wrote about this on Reddit.

The man recounted that shortly after they started dating, his wife cheated on him and never told him about it; he discovered this after stumbling upon old messages sent six years ago.

They met when they were both 17 years old, and a year later, they got married.

He was sent screenshots, images, and messages exposing his wife's betrayal.

"I had my first panic attack, and I had to put in tremendous effort to run out without letting my kids see me. I was struggling to breathe, I felt like I was going to throw up, and my body was shaking uncontrollably," the man shared.

He explained that he doesn’t know who sent him this information, as he was "immediately blocked" after receiving the message, but he suspects it might have been the man with whom his wife had an affair.

"I don’t even know if I want to stay married; I feel like I’m being used; I feel like the only thing I was truly proud of — being a good father and a good husband — has turned into a farce," the guy noted.

According to the man, his friends advised him to forgive her since the infidelity happened a long time ago, but he is unsure if he can ever trust her again — especially since she seemingly had no intention of ever telling him about it herself.
