The number of individuals injured due to today's shelling in Izium, Kharkiv region, has risen to 50. Most of the victims are public servants. This information was reported on the Telegram channel of Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration (RSA).
According to preliminary data, the Russians struck the city with an "Iskander." As a result of the attack, the fatalities include:
- a 44-year-old man;
- a 69-year-old man;
- two women and one additional man, whose identities are being established.
The number of injured has increased to 50, including three children.
Most of the injured are employees of the tax service, the Department of Children's Affairs, the State Enforcement Service, a medical college, and other institutions.
During the shelling, the administrative building of the Izium City Council was partially destroyed, and the administrative building as well as the windows of three residential apartment buildings were damaged.
