The National Police in the Kharkiv region reported two rocket attacks overnight — targeting villages in the Izium district. Additionally, according to police reports, a man has died in Kharkiv, and a house is on fire.
“The Russian army launched massive strikes on Kharkiv and the surrounding area. Information has been received about a deceased man in Kharkiv (previously, the head of the OVA reported a deceased 60-year-old woman — Ed.). Residential infrastructure has been damaged,” — informed the communication department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region on the morning of February 1.
According to police, a residential building in Kharkiv is on fire following a strike from a Russian UAV. Four individuals sustained injuries, and one has died.
During the night, the Russian army also targeted Kharkiv Oblast with rockets: strikes were recorded in the Izium district.

Throughout the day, Russian forces continued to terrorize Kupiansk. Numerous strikes from “Molniya” type UAVs and FPV drones were recorded across the city. As a result of a strike at 09:43 on January 31, two civilians — a man and a woman — were injured.
