Recently, the Bogodukhovsky, Kupyansky, and Kharkiv regions came under enemy fire, reported in the briefing for November 21 by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

Additionally, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, there is also a casualty in the Kharkiv region. Due to a daytime strike on the village of Vysokyi, a 64-year-old woman was injured, and an administrative building was damaged.
