On February 17, Russian forces launched two strikes with FPV drones on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attacks, two rescuers, two police officers, and the head of the local military administration sustained injuries.

This information was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin, and the State Emergency Service.

Filashkin stated that the Russians targeted rescuers who were delivering water to the residents of Kostiantynivka.

According to preliminary reports, the enemy attacked the city twice using FPV drones. The first strike hit a water tanker, while the second targeted an evacuation team that had arrived to assist two injured rescuers.

As a result of the second strike, three more individuals were injured: two police officers and the head of the local military administration.
