The new Hyundai Ioniq 9 is now available for sale. This flagship electric crossover is already on the market in its home country, South Korea, with a starting price of 70.73 million won ($48,500). This information is reported on Hyundai's official website.
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 is a large five-meter crossover featuring a streamlined design and unique pixel headlights. The vehicle shares its platform with the Kia EV9.
The Hyundai Ioniq 9 crossover is offered in configurations for 6 or 7 passengers. Inside, the dashboard is equipped with two displays. The trunk capacity ranges from 620 to 2462 liters, and there is also an 88-liter front compartment.
The base version of the Hyundai Ioniq 9 Exclusive includes tri-zone climate control, power adjustment, and ventilation for the front seats, heated seats for the first two rows, adaptive cruise control, and a suite of safety systems.
The top-tier Calligraphy version features Nappa leather upholstery, a head-up display, ventilation for the second-row seats, and a remote-controlled parking autopilot.
The new Hyundai Ioniq 9 debuts in a rear-wheel-drive configuration with 218 horsepower and all-wheel-drive variants with 313 and 430 horsepower. All models are equipped with a 110 kWh battery. The range according to the Korean cycle is 532 km for the rear-wheel drive and 503 km for the all-wheel drive.
Additionally, a budget electric crossover from Hyundai was recently unveiled, priced at $20,800.
