"As a result of the enemy strike, 13 people have died. A total of 63 individuals were affected.

A fire in an administrative building covering an area of 800 square meters and three vehicles has been extinguished. In total, four administrative buildings, 27 vehicles, and a tram were damaged.

Emergency and rescue operations have been completed," the statement reads.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Russian army launched two strikes (FAB-500 with guided munitions) on the city.
