During the nighttime attack, the enemy launched 16 drones at the city. As a result of the assault, infrastructure has been damaged, including multi-story and private homes. More than 400 subscribers are without power, as reported by the head of the Zaporizhia OGA, Ivan Fedorov.
Sounds of explosions were heard throughout the region and in the city. Damage to energy infrastructure was recorded in the Myrhorod district due to the attack in Poltava region. A total of 164 residential and 1 legal consumers were left without power, reported the OVA.
Additionally, in Poltava, the enemy hit a residential building. Rescuers and emergency services are currently on-site.
In Kharkiv, there was reportedly a strike in the Kholodnohirskyi district, within a residential area. A fire broke out at the impact site. Two people are known to be injured, one woman is in serious condition, reported the city mayor, Terekhov.
During the air raid alert in Kyiv, sounds of explosions were heard. Enemy drones were detected over the city, and air defense systems were active.
It is worth noting that during the nighttime attack on February 1, the Russian Federation launched a series of drone strikes on Zaporizhia. As a result, over 400 subscribers lost power, and the attack itself was described by the Zaporizhia OGA as the most massive in recent times.
