Ukrainians can apply for a subsidy for firewood and liquefied gas. The amount of the payment is based on the family's income. For instance, for two tons of fuel (at 3,824.63 UAH per ton) and two gas cylinders (at 382.46 UAH per cylinder), the government may cover up to 3,929.36 UAH. The final subsidy amount is calculated as the difference between the cost of fuel within the established norms and the mandatory payment.
