Russians are launching attacks in the Donetsk region and have made advances near three localities in Donetsk. Specifically, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have progressed near Ulakly, Burlatskoye, and Andreevka. This was reported in the traditional daily summary from analysts of the DeepState project on February 18. Corresponding updates have been made to the interactive online map.

In particular, the occupiers have advanced near the village of Ulakly in the Volnovakha district.

Advancements of Russian Troops: Reaction from the General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that over the past day, there have been 139 combat clashes. Specifically, the enemy has launched one missile strike and 71 aerial assaults on Ukrainian positions and settlements, utilizing two missiles and 99 guided aerial bombs, as well as deploying 2,923 kamikaze drones. Furthermore, the Russians conducted approximately five thousand artillery shellings, including 93 from multiple launch rocket systems.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine also repelled 23 attacks in the Novopavlivka direction, particularly around Burlatskoye. In the Pokrovsk direction, the military halted 55 Russian assaults, including in the areas of Andreevka and Dachne.

It is worth noting that analysts from the DeepState project reported on advancements in Andreevka as early as February 9. At that time, the enemy had also made progress near Zaporizhzhia and Zelenivka.

Additionally, the Russian army occupied the village of Serebryanoye in the Donetsk region on February 17. The adversary also advanced near the localities of Dachne, Novoselki, and Ulakly in the Donetsk region, as well as near the village of Figolevskaya in Kharkiv region.
