The reason remains unclear. Police apprehended a man who was vandalizing intercom systems.

It turned out that the vandal is a 30-year-old man from Kharkiv. He was wandering through the private sector in the Industrial district and damaging intercoms.

“On November 17, a man reported to the police. He informed them about an unknown individual who walks with a dog and damages intercoms on private properties along Ivan Karkach Boulevard. Such information was also discovered by police during their monitoring of social media,” – wrote the regional department of the National Police in Kharkiv Oblast.

The police have identified the vandal and are preparing to hold him administratively accountable. However, the man could not explain why he was tearing buttons off the intercoms, the officers added.
