BMW has unveiled a high-speed electric SUV with a range of 700 km (video).

The new BMW iX 2025 has been unveiled. This electric crossover has undergone a scheduled update and will enter production in March. This information is reported on the official BMW website.

The BMW iX electric vehicle retains its angular design and has not changed significantly in appearance. The crossover is recognizable by its modified front end featuring a more aggressive bumper, updated bumpers, and altered "kidneys" of the faux radiator grille (now available with LED lighting). Additionally, new wheels have been installed—20-inch for the standard model and 21-inch for the sporty M70 variant.

The interior maintains the familiar layout with a wide curved display. The only significant change is the enhanced sports seats in the BMW iX M70. Furthermore, new interior trim options are available.

The powertrains have seen the most improvements. The new BMW iX has become more powerful and faster, with a significantly increased range. The electric vehicle will be offered in three all-wheel-drive versions:

• xDrive45 — 408 hp, 5.1 seconds to 100 km/h, top speed of 200 km/h, 94.8 kWh battery, range up to 602 km;
• xDrive60 — 544 hp, 4.6 seconds to 100 km/h, top speed of 200 km/h, 109 kWh battery, range up to 701 km;
• xDrive M70 — 659 hp, 3.8 seconds to 100 km/h, top speed of 250 km/h, 109 kWh battery, range up to 600 km.

By the way, the most expensive and fastest BMW sedan recently debuted, capable of reaching 330 km/h.
