The "Synergy" construction group has been the top choice for Ukrainians for six consecutive years.

A remarkable achievement belongs to the Synergy Construction Group, which has been an unchanging winner of the "Choice of the Year" award for six consecutive years. The war has not affected the consistency and stability of its operations: the company flawlessly meets its planned performance indicators.

In 2024, 19 buildings are under construction, with 5 completed in the Synergy City residential complex and another 3 expected by the end of the year. 500 Ukrainian families have received keys, which is especially crucial in the current circumstances. There’s little that can be packed in a “worry suitcase,” but happiness is now measured by the availability and condition of housing. The pace of construction has not been impacted by blackouts or mobilization. Furthermore, the company manages to support our soldiers as well. The developer demonstrates itself as socially oriented and socially responsible.

Additionally, the company values sports as a cornerstone of national prosperity and health. This year, they opened an open-air sports complex called "Sport City" in their resort town "Synergy City". The needs of the youngest residents have not been overlooked: children are thrilled with the spacious and modern playground.

The development of internal infrastructure is carried out under the principle of "a city within a city," ensuring the autonomy and self-sufficiency of the construction, comfort, and smiles on the faces of the residents.

This year, we have fully resumed construction on the capital project — Residential Complex "Synergy Kyiv".
