A well-known host suggested that Kamaliya's divorce from Zahur was not genuine.

Ukrainian host Slava Solomka expressed doubts about the authenticity of singer Kamaliya's divorce from Pakistani businessman Mohammad Zahoor after 20 years of marriage. In his comment on the show "Tour with Stars" on Lux FM, he suggested that the announcement of their separation was merely an attempt to draw attention to her concert activities. He

reminded that last year Kamaliya announced a concert at the October Palace, but ticket sales were sluggish. Shortly after that, sensational news about her divorce from Zahoor emerged.

"I looked at the sales — nothing was selling. And then suddenly, two weeks before the concert, a hot news item appears: 'Kamaliya is separating from Mohammad Zahoor.' I say: 'Do you believe that could be true? Even if Zahoor wanted to leave, Kamaliya's mother, Natalia Petrovna, would have handcuffed him to the radiator and not let him go anywhere. That they broke up?' — stated the host.

It is worth noting that Kamaliya had previously mentioned that the reason for her divorce from Zahoor was conflicts with his daughter from his first marriage.

Kamaliya, whose real name is Natalia Shmarenkova, announced her divorce from Zahoor in April 2023 after 20 years of marriage. The couple has two daughters — Mirabella and Arabella, who currently live with their father in the UK.

The singer has not yet commented on Solomka's statement.

As a reminder, we previously reported that Kamaliya shared how Zahoor's daughter influenced her decision to get divorced.
