From 600 m to 2 km: Russian Armed Forces regained positions near Kursk and Pokrovsk, according to DeepState (maps).

In the Kursk region, there have been nearly twice as many assaults by the Russian Armed Forces compared to the hottest frontline area near Pokrovsk, according to data from the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have made advances in three combat directions. One advancement point is in the Kursk region, while two others are in the Kupiansk direction, and one is near Pokrovsk. Details of the Russian offensive were shared by analysts from the DeepState project in their Telegram channel.

On the night of March 3, analysts published a report on the current situation at the front. According to their data, the enemy has achieved success in four locations. The estimated changes along the battle line range from 600 meters to 2.4 kilometers.

Kursk direction. As noted on the DeepState channel, the Russians succeeded in regaining positions north of Suja near the settlement of Pogrebki. The enemy managed to push the Ukrainian Armed Forces back by approximately 1.3 kilometers. The area of advancement includes the villages of Orlovka (Sudzha district) and Novaya Sorochina.

Pokrovsk direction. In this segment, the Russian troops advanced near the village of Peschanoye, located southwest of Pokrovsk. As shown on the analysts' map, the enemy progressed by about 600 meters.

Kupiansk direction. According to the DeepState report, south of Kupiansk, the Russian Armed Forces have made gains near two settlements. Close to the village of Zagryzovo, situated 22 kilometers from the key city, the enemy advanced by 1.7 kilometers. Near Nadezhda (not far from Raygorodok), the frontline shifted by 2.4 kilometers.

In a report from the command as of the evening of March 2, it is stated that in Donbas, the Russian Armed Forces conducted the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction: there were 18 assaults, resulting in the deaths of around a hundred Russians. Other hot spots included Toretsk (14 attacks) and Lyman (15). Near Kupiansk, there were three enemy attacks, while near Kursk, the enemy launched 30 assaults, which is nearly twice as many as in Pokrovsk.
