The driver, whose blood alcohol level exceeded the norm by 11 times, caused an accident on Petya Svinarenko Street on November 29.

At around 8:00 PM, the driver of a "VAZ" vehicle, while reversing, hit a parked car, informs the Patrol Police Department in the Kharkiv region.

During the conversation, the officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication in the driver. The "Drager" device indicated a blood alcohol level of 2.23 per mille, which is more than 11 times the permissible limit. The driver acknowledged the result.

The man was removed from driving and administrative protocols were drawn up under Article 124 (traffic violation leading to an accident) and part 1 of Article 130 (driving a vehicle while intoxicated) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. These materials will be submitted to the court.
