Russians continue to attack Kharkiv and the surrounding region with drones. An incident was recorded in the Kyiv district of the city. Two individuals are known to have been injured.
Updated at 08:14. A fire broke out on the roof of a private house in the Kyiv district, and the drone strike also damaged a gas pipe — details were provided by the State Emergency Service.
“During the night, an enemy drone hit a private home in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, causing a fire on the roof. Two women were injured, experiencing acute stress reactions. The gas pipe was also damaged, but firefighters and emergency services quickly extinguished the fire and shut off the gas supply,” — reported the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on the morning of December 21.
Updated at 00:22. People from the burning house in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv have been rescued. As of now, there are two injured individuals.
Mayor Igor Terekhov reports on the drone strike and fire in the Kyiv district.
One person is experiencing an acute stress reaction.
“There are still people in the private house where the fire occurred as a result of the drone strike,” — writes Terekhov.
A drone hit was also recorded in the region — in the Solonytsivka community of the Kharkiv district. A fire broke out in an uninhabited building. No injuries reported.
