Initially, confirmed by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the occupiers shelled the Kupiansk area using multiple rocket launchers.
Around 10:00 AM the day before, the enemy fired on the village of Pristin in the Kupiansk district. As a result of the attack, an 80-year-old woman was injured, and houses and outbuildings were damaged, law enforcement officials added.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of a war crime (part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the prosecutor's office reported.
