Night attack by "Shaheds" on Kharkiv: Prosecutor's Office, National Police, and Emergency Services discuss the aftermath.

During the night, Kharkiv was attacked by Russian drones. The strikes targeted a multi-story building and a tree in a residential area. A "hit" was also recorded in the village of Solonytsivka.

Updated at 08:22. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region reported on the consequences of the "hits" in Kharkiv. Rescuers worked overnight to extinguish fires in the Kyiv and Saltiv districts.

“Around 21:40, an enemy drone hit a multi-story building in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv. Six people were injured, including a 12-year-old child. Emergency responders rescued three individuals. The building's facade and apartments on the first floors were damaged, and a fire covering an area of 30 square meters was extinguished by 23:04,” reported the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

There was also a fire in the Kyiv district — the roof of a private house was ablaze. Two women experienced acute stress reactions.

“An explosion damaged the gas pipe at the house's entrance. Rescuers, together with the emergency gas service workers, extinguished the gas flare and shut off the supply. By 01:33, the fire was completely extinguished. A total of five private households sustained damage,” the rescuers noted.

07:18. The speaker of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmytro Chubenko, reported on the consequences of the night strikes informed.

“At 21:39, the Russians launched a Shahed-type drone attack on the Saltiv district of Kharkiv. The impact occurred between the first and second floors of a nine-story residential building. As of midnight, there are six injured individuals. Five suffered acute stress reactions, and one 12-year-old girl has a cut on her foot. Rescue operations have concluded, and no one was found under the rubble. Several people were evacuated immediately after the drone hit this building,” said the prosecutor's representative.

A video from the site of this "hit" was also published by the communication department of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.

The second "Shahed" (renamed "Geran-2") struck the Kyiv district during the night — near residential buildings. A fire broke out at the scene.

“The drone hit a tree, so civilian structures were not significantly damaged. However, a dozen houses sustained facade damage, and windows were shattered. As of now, two people have sought medical attention due to acute stress reactions, including one elderly woman,” Chubenko reported.

The strike on Solonytsivka occurred at 23:20. The "Shahed" hit a civilian enterprise. No casualties were reported.
