Updated at 07:31. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, noted that a utility building and 14 houses were damaged in the Kholodnoyarsky district.
“As a result of debris falling from the enemy drone Geran-2 in the Kholodnoyarsky district of Kharkiv, three women experienced acute stress reactions,” Synegubov wrote.
Air raid alerts in Kharkiv and the region lasted from 20:44. According to data from the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Kharkiv and neighboring regions were attacked by drones.
Around 01:20, the first explosion was heard in the Saltivskyi district. According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, a drone flew over Kharkiv – it crashed near an administrative building.
“In the administrative building and nearby houses, some windows were shattered. The situation is being clarified,” the city mayor specified.
Approximately at 01:44, the occupiers struck the city again. This time, clarified Terekhov, the Kholodnoyarsky district was hit.
“In the Kholodnoyarsky district of Kharkiv, a hit by an enemy drone of the 'Shahed' type was recorded on the territory of a private household, damaging a residential building,” Terekhov wrote.
Later, the regional National Police updated information about the casualties from the nighttime shelling, also clarifying that after the “arrival” in the Kholodnoyarsky district, a fire broke out.
“In the Kholodnoyarsky district, the 'Shahed' hit the private sector. There is a fire in a utility building. Residential houses were damaged. Three women experienced acute stress reactions,” law enforcement officials reported.
