"We have created a very serious and powerful system that is currently operational. We have separated the city of Kharkiv from the Kharkiv region. This is more convenient. That is, after the differentiated air alert systems became operational, we reduced the alert time by 40%. This facilitates the work of shops, banks, hypermarkets, and supermarkets.
