The Russian forces also lost 108 units of weapons and equipment, including an artillery system, an armored fighting vehicle, 22 cars, nine units of special equipment, and 76 UAVs, both destroyed and damaged. Additionally, 63 shelters were destroyed.

“The operational situation has not undergone significant changes and remains complex. Russian military attacked the Kharkiv region with drones, guided bombs, and from multiple rocket launchers throughout the day. One person injured

According to the data from the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov:

▪️ At 22:30 in the village of Zolochiv, two private houses were damaged as a result of an FPV drone strike.
▪️ At 21:25, debris from the “Geran” UAV caused a high-voltage line to be severed in the village of Alexandrovka, Bohodukhiv community. Restoration work is ongoing.
▪️ At 17:00 in the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, a 51-year-old man was injured as a result of an FPV drone attack.
▪️ At 14:40 in the village of Klynovaya-Novoselovka, Zolochiv community, two private houses and a car were damaged due to an FPV drone attack.
▪️ At 12:55 in the village of Tsyrkuni, Kharkiv district, the “Molniya” UAV struck the ground.

On March 2 at 4:37, Russian aviation dropped a guided bomb on the outskirts of the village of Turovo, Zolochiv community, damaging three private households.

On March 1, around 6:30, Russian forces shelled the village of Kovsharivka, Kupiansk district, using multiple rocket launchers. An apartment building was damaged, and a fire broke out. There were no casualties.

Kharkiv region suffered from a night drone attack

As reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a total of 79 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and various types of imitator drones attacked Ukraine at night.

63 of them were shot down in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions. 16 imitator drones were locally lost (without negative consequences).

As a result of the enemy attack, Kharkiv region, Sumy region, Khmelnytskyi region, and Zaporizhzhia were affected.

▪️ Regarding Vovchansk, a Russian military blogger claimed that Russian troops advanced 50 meters and cleared part of the northern bank of the Vovcha River in the settlement. ISW does not confirm this statement.

▪️ In the Kupiansk direction, Russian bloggers also reported that Russian troops advanced two kilometers along the Kondrashivka-Makeivka-Seredbrianka line, moving towards Kondrashivka and expanding their foothold near the Oskil River, as well as along the international border in the areas of Stroeve and Kucherivka.

“Russian troops attacked north of Kupiansk near Holubivka, northwest of Kupiansk near Kondrashivka, northeast of Kupiansk near Dvurechne, and southeast of Kupiansk near Novoosynove on February 28 and March 1,” — writes ISW.

Regarding the drones in the region, the command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed at 21:36 and 22:50. After that, Kharkiv region was not mentioned in the alerts about air attacks.
