An 86-year-old woman was injured as a result of the bombing of Kupiansk
As informed by the regional emergency service, enemy aviation carried out massive strikes with guided aerial bombs on the residential sector of the city in the afternoon. Residential and utility buildings were destroyed and damaged. A fire broke out in one of the private households, engulfing a house, an outbuilding, and a vehicle, spreading over 300 square meters.
Rescuers and medical personnel provided first aid to the victim, born in 1938, and handed her over to an ambulance crew. According to the head of the Kharkiv regional administration, Oleg Synegubov, she has an explosive injury and a fracture.
Firefighting and debris-clearing operations were halted due to ongoing shelling.

The enemy loses about a hundred soldiers daily to deaths and injuries, so they constantly replenish these losses and send new small groups of three to five people to the front lines, said Evgeny Romanov, a representative of the "Kharkiv" territorial community.
“They are concentrating. We can see this, but we do not observe large strike groups. However, we are closely monitoring what is happening with the enemy. In case of detecting accumulations, precise strikes are delivered against them,” — asserts Romanov.
Regarding the enemy's tactics, he stated that there are two approaches.
“Either they advance in large numbers along with equipment, trying to break through the defense in areas they consider advantageous, as happened the day before yesterday when they attempted to advance with armored vehicles. But this armor was destroyed along with the occupiers. Or they attempt to infiltrate the so-called ‘gray zone’ or ruins and establish themselves in small groups in basements or other shelters,” — explained the spokesperson.

“Ukrainian sources reported on January 25 that Ukrainian forces repelled a Russian attack supported by armored vehicles near Tikhy and destroyed four infantry fighting vehicles.
